"I go to this hardware instead of the large warehouse type stores; because I've found the slightly higher prices are worth the amount of help I receive in finding what I need to do household repairs. A salesman greets you as you enter, listens patiently to your problem, and then offers suggestions about what they have that would be useful. They even carry heavy items to the car and help with loading."
